By using Point Rally, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it, including any points or actions recorded by scorers on your events.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt scoring, access other events without permission, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Event owners are responsible for the content they create (team names, scores, reasons). We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Profile page at any time.
We may update or modify the app's features at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
Point Rally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or disputes arising from event scoring.
