We collect account information you provide (name, email), event data you create (teams, scores, activity), and basic usage data to keep the app running smoothly.
Point Rally may request access to your camera (to scan join QR codes) and may use your device's share sheet to send invite links. We do not access your contacts, location, or photos beyond what you explicitly choose to share.
Your data is used solely to operate the event scoring platform — displaying scoreboards, activity feeds, and managing team membership. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data is stored securely with our hosting provider. Reasonable technical safeguards are in place to protect your information from unauthorized access.
You can update your profile information at any time, and you can permanently delete your account from the Profile page. Deleting your account removes your access; some event data may remain associated with the events you participated in.
